squid proxy-hotmail not opening


hi i m using red heat linux on 64 bit machine. i m using squid Stable 2.6Stable6 for internet sharing . i have block some sites by using
acl bad url_regex "/etc/squid/squid-block.acl"
http_acess deny bad

Since the day i have i added above lines in my squid.conf file to block access to certail sites.hotmail is not opening on any pc .though i have not blocked hotmail in the block list.
http://login.live.com
is acessible and opening properly while but
https://login.live.com
is not opening in browser page load but nothing displayed in the page .while other secure site are ok like gmail.
please help....
and also if someone have a customized squid.conf for rhel 64 bit squid 2.6stable6 version.
