Squid proxy caching issue- Downloaded file isn't caching by server
 

Hi,
I am configuring Squid proxy server for caching and the internet traffic is passing via proxy server.Everything seems fine but it is not caching downloaded file when I re-download same file from the internet it takes same time.Download speed isn't increasing.
