i figured it out.... but now itś displaying a diffrent error message... here it is:

there is some problem with your squid.conf
if u like i can send u my squid.conf file

i will not remove the comments so i cannot post that big file here

so mail me from this forum

i wanna thank u all for all your help... i finally got it to work properly... A BIG THANKS TO YOU ALL AGAIN!!!!.... wish me luck in my endeavours into the world of linux.. ill keep you posted guys!
