Squid+iFrame Virus

Hi all,
I have set up a proxy machine Which is running on Centos 5.2.Also setup a transparent proxy.Every thing is working Fine Now.I had some windows xp machines as clients. They had some upload and download with some remote sites vai FTP.Now the Problem there are lot of virus issues with These Windows machines. Our remote clients always report with one Iframe Virus. Now my doubt is whether any option in squid/linux to catch those viruses which has been passed through our gateway machine.Any help will be appreciated.Advanced Thanks.
