squid help

Hi

I've just started in my new job in a small company (10PCs - all Windows from 98 to XP). Since I have some background in IT I offered to install a Linux Transparent proxy which is badly needed in the company. My questions:

How do I authenticate the windows clients against the Squid Proxy (SuSE 9.0)?

and How do I restrict users from accessing certain sites?

THNX!
