Squid - Allow group internet based on IP + Mac add

centos 6.3
squid 3.1 + dansguardian + sarg

I have successfully run the above services and with ncsa_auth.
This is the scenario:
GroupA = can browse with authentication
GroupB = can browse without authentication. (i want to configure this group with IP + Mac Add).

How to achieve this GroupB

Hoping for your response.tnx

You could achieve this by first defining the MAC Address's of GroupB users:

acl groupBmacs arp xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:x1, xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:x2
acl groupBips src,

http_access allow groupBmacs
http_access allow groupBips
http_access allow ncsaauth

For MAC Address based ACL's make sure ure squid is build with the enable arp option: --enable-arp-acl
