SQL customer balance report problem
 

there are some problems in my SQL accounting system.
the customer balance report showed didnt brought forward the amount after the customers did their payment.
however , in the customer monthly statement , the statement showed normal as usual.
anyone can help fix the problem??? thanks very much.

Do you really expect us to have any idea about this at all? You've jumped form "SQL" to a logical descrepancy in a report for software you've not even told us the name of! Sounds like you need to refer to support avenues so this unnamed software, commercial support / mailing lists etc.
