Specifying DNS servers in Fedora?

Hi Guys,

I finally got my wireless card working in FC6, I can get it to connect to my network but can only browse the net by using ip's. Where can I specify my DNS servers??

Thanks

Menu System->Administration->Network, on the DNS tab.

my router is defined in there but no joy :( Any ideas?

Are you sure your router provides DNS services? Many do not. If not, you need to specify your ISP's DNS servers, or use the OpenDNS servers:

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Detailed instructions here.

Thanks, I put those in my resolv.conf and it's working great. I have suse running my laptop and my router defined as the nameserver and it works perfectly so I don't quite understand why it doesn't on Fedora...
