Speakers and Headphones not working after installing Linux

Just few days ago I installed Ubuntu 18.04 but the audio wasn't working, so tried other distributions such as Linux Mint and Manjaro but the problem still presists. Sound was working before when I had Windows 10.
Output devices in pavucontrol gives me "dummy device".
Laptop is HP x2 Detachable 10-p0xx
Code:
lspci -v | grep -i audio
gives no result

Code:
wget http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh -O alsa-info.sh && bash alsa-info.sh
gave me this http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=96...be4929ce287683

Thanks.

That report indicates that the speaker volume is 0. Try
Code:
alsamixer
and/or
Code:
pavucontrol

I think the audio controller is called a multimedia controller in that model. The audio issue seems to exist in both Linux and Windows. There does not appear to be a solution for Linux.
