Question Source for backgrounds and a question about my mousewheel

I have two questions:

(1) Where is a good source for root window backgrounds?

(2) I use windowmaker 0.80.1 on RH 9. I use my mousewheel to scroll between workspaces. Is there any way for me to "reverse" the direction (forward/backward) of the workspace scrolling? When I move my mousewheel down, I expect the workspace to increase, from 1-4 and back to 1. When I move my mousewheel up, I expect the workspace to decrease, from 4-1, and back to 4. Currently, my implementation of wmaker is handling the mousewheel scrolling in the exact opposite manner.

Thanks all!
