Source code for standard Handoff procedure in IEEE 802.11 WLAN

I want to add my algorithm to reduce handoff delay in IEEE 802.11 WLAN by changing in the standard handoff procedure of IEEE 802.11 WLAN. I want to know where can I find source code of standard handoff procedure in IEEE 802.11 WLAN.
Please guide me.

These PDF's were the only thing I came across.

Aside from that you might find it in Guides for Open Source Solutions or try looking in the Linux Journal or may the top PC Magizines- Sorry I don't know much more-(maybe another member will know)
