Source code for standard Handoff procedure in IEEE 802.11 WLAN


I want to add my algorithm to reduce handoff delay in IEEE 802.11 WLAN by changing in the standard handoff procedure of IEEE 802.11 WLAN. I want to know where can I find source code of standard handoff procedure in IEEE 802.11 WLAN.
Please guide me.
