SoundKonverter stop

In attempting to use soundkonverter's url option, I use a youtube url to download. It looks like the process of converting would begin but the "start" button is grayed out so the process did not begin.It gets as far as setting up the options (step 2). The "help center" option is not available. I've done a search on the subject.

When in another thread I advised you to use soundKonverter I was replying to the specific scenario you provided where you were supposed to already have 100 files on your machine that needed to be converted. If you are only about to download a single video from Youtube, you do not use soundKonverter at all - install Firefox extension DownloadHelper and use its "Download & convert" option to save Youtube videos straight as MP3s.
