Sound Server in FC3

I am new in linux and I have just installed FC3 and have some difficulty running esd.

I checked the box of "Enable sound server startup" (in Menu > Preferences > Sound), and set the defult audio sink to esd (in Menu > Preferences > More Preferences > Multimedia System Selector).

However, I cannot run more than one sound at a time. What should I do?I am new in linux and I have just installed FC3 and have some difficulty running esd.
