Sound and Video for Mandrake 9.2 and Update
 
Dear Linoxians,
I have loaded Windows and Mandrake 9.2 on my machine Being a novice in loading part as well as other software I do not know whether everything is loaded properly Audio and Video does not work on linux, although names of different players appear in the multimedia list in the Start panel On Windows, it is OK Can any helpful soul guide me step by step how to play audio/video on the linux Can I get free update for Mandrake 9.2 and from which site?

clearly not an intro to youself and your interests in linux. moved to Linux - Newbie. if you are able to tell us why you posted here (lq member intros) instead of a normal forum, it could help us improve the site.
