If you have internet connection, you could issue command from terminal:
yum install gstreamer-plugin
Or
yum install gstreamer-plugin-good
Not sure what is the difference, also, to see a list of available packages. Click on main menu/system/Add\Remove Software, wait as it checks for packages on-line and then click on the "list" tab to see everything available. The ones with check marks are installed, to install something using this feature, add a check mark next to what you want to install and hit apply, to remove, remove the check mark and hit apply. Both the command line and GUI are yum and will take care of dependencies.
Same for gutenprint foomatic.
PS: For the best results in help with Fedora, start your thread in Fedora forum under Distributions specific section.
