Something Comaparable Screen to SERVICES(local) in RH 9

In WINDOWS you can get into SERVICES(local) and see everything running or start an application like WebSphere. Would anyone know if there is someting similar in LINUX? Thanks all.

No idea how it looks in Windows but you may try
ps aux
Displays processes, emount of memory and processor power they use etc. When we come to services, the method of running depends on a distro, in RedHat and similar you can run
service apache start
to start Apache. It's similar with other dervices.
