2- the command is 'useradd' type 'man useradd' it wil ltell you how to use it

3- whoooha! thats getting difficult there.... look in your /boot folder for the lilo folder and examine it for image files... open said fuiles in an image viewer and replace'em... <DANGER THIS IS RISKEY>

Well, to acces the configuration there are a lot of possible commands, and files to configure your system. For example to configure the sound you must run alsaconf, to configure your X you ,must edit the xorg.conf file...
Slowly you will learn how, you just need time to understand. Good luck

all hard drives and other read/write system devices will be in /etc/fstab. Just type 'cat /etc/fstab' to take at look what you have.

You could use all that command line stuff or you could just use the GUI in front of you ;-)

In KDE, click the K in the bottom RH corner, then

SETTINGS->CONTROL CENTRE and explore.

Users are managed via User Manager (KUser) which is in SYSTEM.

A pretty Lilo picture? No problems m8y. Follow the link to Shilo's wonderful How I do It All FAQ and scroll down to his bit about doing just that. Easy.
