Solus: Network Manager worked fine for five or six months and now has stopped working

Hey fellow Solus goers,
I'm hoping someone can help me... I've had Solus going on six months now and all of the sudden today my Network Manager has stopped recognizing any wifi networks. I have a lenovo ideapad so my laptop doesn't even have an ethernet port. hoping someone can help me figure out why I can't find any wireless networks all of the sudden. Sidenote I've experienced this same issue with Kali and Parrot except the wifi never worked for them and with Solus it has taken about six months for this to happen.

Hi

What are Solus/Kali/Parrot? Linux distributions?

In any case, you have to post more informations for anybody to give you useful hints.
E.g. the output of "ifconfig", "iwconfig", "lsmod", "lspci -k" and "rfkill list".

Maybe your NIC is just HW-disabled and "rfkill list" might show you that... .

DistroWatch.com Yea NuTyX!

Here is the first link from a web-search of your question:
Network Manager has stopped recognizing any wifi networks

Also *maybe* 'help alpha-test' the LQdebugProject: sh ldebug.sh -n
(or look at the get_network(){... commands in it)

Let us know... (post solution to help others, and then use ThreadTools to mark this 'Solved')
