Software Repository does not show installed applications

Yesterday I uninstalled two shell extensions for Gnome that never worked for some reason, a pomodoro extension that shows a tool in the taskbar, and another one that shows connected devices (USBs, phones, etc) also on the taskbar. I also uninstalled StegoSuite (or something like that) and Redshift, but I don't think this did anything.

When I open the repository and I go to installed applications it just shows a loading symbol that never stops, when I go the list of applications to install it shows me an empty thing where the apps should be.

I could add a screenshot but I don't think it's necessary, but if you feel like, I'll do. I'm using Debian 10.

You installed them how? With your package manager? Which one?

Do the docs help?
