Unhappy Software Installation

Hi,I am obviously very new to linux and have a hard time even installing any software...

I have redhat 7.2 up and installed ok,no problem with that but, every rpm that I have d/l (fireburner, samba for example) refuse to install saying that its source is missing (even tho I have d/l both files)....Also Limewire for linux, when I click on it thro Konqueror it does nothing....when I try and execute it thro the shell it says file not found....the file name is LimeWireLinux.bin

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks in advance...

From command line login as a root with /bin/su command, and for rpm packages type
[bash%]rpm -ihv /path/to/downloded/package.rpm
It is regarding rpms, to instal LimeWire you don't have to be root: again from the shell
cd into a directory where you downloaded LimeWire
and run
[bash#]chmod 755 LimeWireLinux.bin
[bash#]./LimeWireLinux.bin
NOTE: don't type [bash#] it is just a prompt I used.
