Softs in Mandrake 9.2. like in Windows Corel Draw?

Does anyone can advise some good program in Mandrake, sort of tool for putting text together with some lines and cubes and later freely editing.

I know already Gimp, but I did not find one important feature in text tool: editing text after input.

It's exactly like CorelDraw. Vector Graphics program. And, it can open/edit/save in SVG format, which is an open format that more and more software can handle as a vector image format.
