Soft Dialer on freepbx
 

Can anybody help me how configure a call center soft-dialer. I just configure freePbx on centos 5.3 and i also configure the internal extension. But i cant understand how to configure outbound & inbound settings on freepbx plz help me, and can anybody help me how to compile the lead management and auto dial of the lead features in freepbx, which software do that and what is the compile method ? plz help me !!!!!!

This question is very specific to that app. You might want to try the freepbx forum or news group. Maybe someone here has experience with it but ...

what i do is find the readme. You sound like you need the basic docs for freepbx. check in the source code there is probably a howto or a readme that will tell you. sometimes they dont include all the switches that you compile with though. when you find the docs there should be a ./configure command you have to run, try ./configure --help and maybe you will get some extra info.
