SMP support
Hello All,
Our SysAd has purchased the Redhat Enterprise Linux Workstation 3.0 with kernel 2.4.21-4EL. But to get the SMP(symmetric Multiprocessing) support we need to have the kernel 2.4.21-4ELsmp. So how do I go about it? Is it possible to upgrade the kernel now? Or do we have to buy a another WS with the 2.4.21-4ELsmp kernel? Thanks in advance, // Rahul |
