Smooth wall Dhcp

Hi everyone i just installed smooth wall 3.0 in my office to restrict the some of Sites, and it is working fine, now i have one question that, i have to set proxy in IE, or Firefox to work it, but users can change it, so how can i set the dhcp server in same, i have given static ip for smooth wall, all other pc it will get IP from my dhcp and defauly getway is our router, how can i make work smooth wall as dhcp, can any one help me for same

i have dome same thing i have to give ip address manually to all clients and what will the getway for clients
