SmartPCI2800 V.92 PCI Soft DFT (Smart Link Ltd. (Aztech System Ltd) driver available?

This is my one hardware problem after installing Ubuntu 9.10
I just went back to 'hardware drivers' to review the driver I have tried, but it is no longer listed. Some help with this will be much appreciated.
Thanks

There was a site called something like modemsite or such that had all the chipset information for almost any modem. Might start there for the actual chipset, then look for how to run that chip maybe.

Most soft modems are tricky anyway.
