Sli Taz 1.0 Linux and Ethernet Issue

Hello All,

I have a question concerning an ethernet card that I am attempting to have recognized under Sli Taz 1.0 (For more info, visit on an IBM Thinkpad 600X.

Ethernet Card: Xircom RealPort Ethernet 10/100 RE-100

Linux System: Sli Taz 1.0

Computer: IBM Thinkpad 600X

I have successfully run Sli Taz 1.0 LiveCD on this computer. The X Window system works well, along with everything else.

My only problem is that the machine is not recognizing the ethernet card AND I have no clue on how to get the system to even attempt to recognize it and get access to the internet.

Any help? Any advise on how to address this issue?
