SLAX RULES! Why can't I install it?

I have a live disk SLAX I love it! It would be even cooler if I could install it. The opens Konsole terminal program and has a bunch of fancy red purple and various other collered text codes. Down at the bottom it says installation successful so I assume it's installed and reboot. NO WAY that would be too easy there is nothing written to the HD atall It lied to me. WHAT CAN I DO TO INSTALL SLAX? I like it better than any distro I've checked out thus far! It's the one I want to use as a PRIMARY OS! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

i agree, of all the live CDs and slackware children = Slax is the best, i wish the Slax developers would include a harddrive installer to run in either an xterm/konsole or CLI bash shell...

and include some development tools like GCC, G++ & make, xmkmf & imake too...

there is no way to install to a harddrive as far as i know, even the developers of Slax been asked before to make a harddrive installer and he graciously said no, too bad, that is sad ;(

i am sure somebody found a dirty way to install it to a harddrive but i have not found it...

actually you can install it and others to HD ala like usb boot
in frugal persistent mode

However, you would need a ext2 partition to boot from

do you have any linux distros installed to hd now?
if so you can use that partition

post back if you wanna do it as its easy
