What exactly does "pd" mean?

What exactly does "fresh start" mean?

What exactly does "shutting down" mean? How do you "shut down"?

Where is your HD getting the voltage it needs for power?

What is on the HD? What does lsblk -f show?

What does cat /etc/fstab show?
