Slackware 9.0 startup
Okay where do I put a file that I want to run on startup. I want apache to run when I turn the machine on. I am running Slackware 9.0 Thanks Keystone

You control start up in Slackware through the files in /etc/rc.d . For most server stuff, you'd look et rc.inetd2, but for Apache, there's a special file: rc.httpd, I believe. Just make that file executable (chmod +x), and it should go on startup.
