Slack 9 and nforce2 patch

I was just wondering if the latest linux nforce2 drivers are compatible with kernel 2.4.21?

If so, can anyone tell me how to patch this kernel with these drivers? As in can someone tell me the commands to use to patch the kernel with sound/NIC support?

Thanks guys
