Sky2 driver v2.6.25 and ssb driver

I need help regarding these two drivers ,i searched alot over internet but could not find..pls help me to download these drivers...i need a working link for these drivers..
(sky2 v2.6.25 ) for pci-e fast ethernet ,Marvel yukon technologies 88e8040 for inspiron 1545 .and ssb for (DRiver) for wifi support.i need these drivers for rhel 5.6 server.one thing more if anybody knows how to install and make it working in rhel 5.6.kindly post me a method ,i shall be very thnkful to you. guys ;)
