Whatever the filesystem limits are for the chosen filesystem supporting the CIFS/Samba for exporting the file to other systems...

The same limits that Windows has: size is 16 Terabytes minus 64 KBytes.

By default the max number of smbd processes is unlimited. However, practical limits are defined by the servers resources.

File size limit is defined by the limitations of the NTFS file system. By the way SMB/CIFS is really a networking protocol.

The question is vague. Pleas define this.

I mean if I mount a samba directory with cifs on rhel then what will be the considerable factors for the samba share size limit (What will be the max limit ? Is that all depends on NTFS filesystem ?

I think I finally understand the question...

To elaborate, any limitation will be defined by the windows operating system which you have not provided any information as to what you are using. Windows does have disk usage quotas per user and can limit concurrent connections. The limit for windows workstation concurrent connections is 10.
