By copying it of course.

You need to have access to both servers, ftp or ssh are common methods for this task. Some servers may have some kind of web frontend where you can take a full snapshot of the site in a compressed format, that can help with the transfer. If have local access to both machines then you could just copy it after mounting the volumes using nfs... There are lots of ways. I can't be more concrete with the amount of info you gave us ;)

If you're talking about a web site, copy the directories from one server to another.

But since you don't say anything about the sites, what they depend on/use, what version/distro of Linux, or what you're trying to accomplish, we can't give you anything more than a generic answer.

please give me the ftp or sftp command so i can transfer site

Errrrm... our telepathy is temporarily disabled due to a system failure so we can't use it right now. ;)

We can't give you that answer when we don't even know if your servers have ftp capabilities, and we don't know if you have permissions to access them either. On the contrary, if you have that info and you know how to login to both servers then I can't figure what else do you need to be able to access them...

If you want you can also try graphical ftp clients. Filezilla is very good. Konqueror can also connect via ftp, then you can just drag and drop files from one window to another. In text mode you could use mc.
