simple samba and networking question
how to you change the name displayed when viewing computers from localhost, and how do you change the name displayed on the dhcp computer list on the router?

I don't understand the question
If you want to set the hostname for your system in RedHat,
you must edit the line HOSTNAME= in /etc/sysconfig/network.

server starts, client crashes
the server starts, I can read it from other computers, but I can not view other computers from the client.
