how i can convert a text to ASCII ???? >>> ( to encrypt the text )
pleas give me an examples :)

and how can we use the "hexdump" !!!!!

Don't get you. What you're trying to do? Are you wanting to encrypt a text file (which you can easily do with gnupg or truecrypt)? Or you want to encode it's contents (like using rott13 or pig latin)? I ask because ASCII *IS* the basic format of what we call "text". Or is it that you want to convert from ASCII to hex, in which case this site can get you going.
