Simple Apache2 problem

I have this simple problem with one of the pages hosted on my apache2 server (on ubuntu rc 6.06)

All I want to do is make the link redirect to

i have tried:
Alias http://server/chat http://server/chat.htm
in apache2.conf

and when i do in my browser: i get:
<center><iframe src="" width="500" height="500" scrolling="no"></iframe></center>
(These are the lines in the chat.htm file)

Witouth the above line when i try it works, but i what to type not

I have tried but no luck.
Please help?!

You can do this in the .htaccess file.

O maybe for the first scenario you can have a index.htm with redirection scripts to point to the chat.htm
