Silly question but... Moving the Workspace Switcher on Gnome Panel

How the hell can I move the workspace switcher around?

I can add icons to the right of it any everything, but I'd like to always have the workspace switcher on the right.
Everytime I remove an icon from the panel, the workspace switcher jumps to the left, I can't grab and move it or anything, rather annoying.

Any ideas? (I'm a bit of a neat layout freak)

right-click it with your mouse, then make sure that it is not locked (if there's "Unlock" in the menu, select it and then re-click it with your right mouse button so it isn't locked any more) and click Move from the menu and start moving your mouse when you're ready, just click with the left mouse button, and it's there. you can also, if you want, once more right-click it with your mouse and choose Lock so it can't accidentally be moved or deleted unless it's unlocked again.

ah, cheers. I was convinced I had gone down that route already, perhaps the mouse was just barely outside of it.

Oh well.

I managed to remove my 'workspace switcher' icon completely in RH 9. I can't find it anywhere in the ADD section. How can I get this baby back?
