Shutdown Problems Need Help quick

I just set my Security setting to "Higher" and when I want to shutdown I have two options such as "Logoff" or "Cancel" but no shutdown option.

I want to shutdown the system but I cant.

Ok, thanks. Maybe that should do. I set the security to a lower level and I guess it need to reboot till the effects take effect.
