showing kernel panic-not syncing :Attempted to kill init!


I have migrated my virtual machine from once cluster to another cluster.After reboot I am getting the following error;

error 7 in libc-2.12.so

kernel panic-not syncing :Attempted to kill init !

Please could some one help me to figure out the issue and resolve it.
