Should I continue with Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon 64 bit or

I have Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon -64 bits installed on my Desk top.
I had already downloaded Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon -64 bits.
I am very much satisfied with Linux Mint 16.
My question is -
Should I continue with Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon 64 bit with updates or install Linux Mint 17 ( since it is a LTS release) ?

Since support for 16 will be running out and security is getting to be even more important, I'd say go for 17. But try it first as a live disk: a few people have had video-card problems with this release. If all goes well and you can install, then you'll have several years of reliable and secure computing ahead.

17 has very long term support(5 years). Go for it, I'd say.

Regards.

I say the same. I installed Mint 17 to replace v. 16 last week. It works quite nicely.
