I'm glad to hear you got it resolved. And thank you for the explanation.
A suggestion is to use the Thread Tools menu and mark this thread as Solved, to give that information to future seekers of a similar issue.
It is a hard call to weigh between continuing to persist with little results, or do the reinstall. Meanwhile I'm glad you persisted that one last time and finally had the desired result.
ah, useful tool the Solved one, will apply to my other threads to help others. all seems okay now, so glad i didn't have to reinstall. spent the last two weeks setting it up
