Shift + Backspace resets X
 

Hello for some reason when i press Shift and backspace at the same time X gets reset. I havent had any problems with this untill now. It happens with both of the shift keys i am unsure of how to approach this problem so could use some help thanks in advance.

That is not a problem, it is a normal keystroke to reset X. Either than or ctrl-backspace. If you don't want it to do that, look into your control panel or whatever and remap that to some other keystroke.
