Just adapt one of the scripts already given, but remember to comment out the mv command and replace it with echo until you are sure it works the way ou want.

This way is fun and you get to experiment.

Final question hopefully before this is solved, I've had most success with Aia's script (thank you!) however it is not copying properly, its only copying the first directory then creating a second script file which is renamed after the directory+1.

Any ideas? I've looked through the code vigorously and cannot for the life of me figure out why its doing this.

Right so the only real problem with this script is that its copying from the directory perfectly, however there other directories inside the directory with more files within them which it isnt copying over
