shell programing

Hello Guru's ,

Could you please help me on shell programming . I am new to this programming kindly give me your valuable feedback on this query .

I Have 3 folders ,in each folder have one program. based on the my result above 3 folders need to get respectively and ran program.

It would be great if your respond ASAP.

Actually i am tring to write one shell script its fecth the sql data output and capture the respective folders x,y and z .

What should happen if you had two folders. Or four?
A : folders count is not important.. but every folder need to search and ran on the system.
