My reply was not specific to this post, I was talking in general , about how to use LQ effectively.

Its just me - what I have been seeing at Linuxquestions - is people come looking for quick fixes and less appreciative of assistance - at times undermining assistance - possible reasons
1. sheer numbers and information on internet and pick what is convenience instead of doing right thing.

2. Lack on *nix co-ordination across distributions.

3. Fewer Linux Experts - who get to work on meat/complex issues. Fewer still who are willing

and others - for brevity sake - But who am i to question motives LOL - Lets be done with this.
