setup crontab job user


In my RHEL system , except root user there are three user can setup crontab job , it works fine, but it is strange that the file /etc/cron.allow is not available and also can't find this file in my system , now I want to add one more user to it , I am worry that if it will affect the existing crontab job , can advise what is wrong in my system ? how can I add crontab job user ? thx

I think by default cron.deny exists, but not cron.allow.

Why don't you just edit the user's crontab as crontab -e ?
