That's telling you that your DNS (domain name system configuration) is not correct, or your network is down, or the DNS for livna was temporarily unavailable. You need to have a working network connection before you can update from the network.

Try this:

Code:
$ ping -c 3 rpm.livna.org
PING benden.crazyfrogs.org (193.28.235.40) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 193.28.235.40: icmp_seq=1 ttl=50 time=92.7 ms
64 bytes from 193.28.235.40: icmp_seq=2 ttl=50 time=93.0 ms
64 bytes from 193.28.235.40: icmp_seq=3 ttl=50 time=89.8 ms

--- benden.crazyfrogs.org ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 3 received, 0% packet loss, time 11092ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 89.839/91.868/93.064/1.442 ms
