Setting up YUM repository

Hi,
I wanted to setup a YUM repository server in RHEL 5.0 and below are the steps which I performed:

1. Created a directory /var/ftp/pub and copied the Server folder from RHEL 5 installation CD to /var/ftp/pub.

2. Went to /etc/yum.repos.d and copied rhel-debuginfo.repo to Server.repo. Took backup of rhel-debuginfo.repo and deleted it from /etc/yum.repos.d.

3. edited the file Server.repo as follows:

[Server]
name=Red Hat Enterprise Linux
baseurl=file://var/ftp/pub/Server
enabled=0
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release

4 Save it and quit

5. Ran yum clean all and yum update.

Now to check if the repositoy is workin I deleted ftp-0.17.33.fc6 using
rpm -e ftp-0.17.33.fc6. Now I went into the /var/ftp/pub/Server and ran the command yum install ftp-0.17.33.fc6 and below is what I get:

Is this ok [y/n]:

I enter 'y' and below is what i get:
