Setting up VNC viewer on VPS running CENTOS6 help needed [Noob]
 

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a cheap VPS that can run a variety of versions of Linux, but due to the VPS only having 512mb ram I chose centOS.

Basically I am very new to Linux (Briefly used Ubuntu and mint before) and new to messing around with VPS's


I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a SUPER NOOB friendly tutorial on how to set this up or just tell me, here, as I have spent quite a number of hours so far going through various tutorials on how to do this yet failing every single time. The most common problem I am running into is with VNC viewer, and getting the server to run on my VPS. (It comes up with things like unknown command etc)
