Hi, I would like to know how to set up an internet connection with speedtouch 330 ADSL modem on RedHat 9.

I don´t know if there is anything specific about your adsl modem, but this i how i configured mine.
(as root) adsl-setup
then adsl-start, adsl-stop, others.....

My provider uses RFC 1483 Bridge using DHCP for IP address.
Does the SpeedTouch 330 work with this mode under Progeny Debian or RedHat 9 ?

SPEEDTOUCH 330

i also have a speedtouch 330 adsl modem.
try the speedtouch website you can download the software from there: http://www.speedtouchdsl.com/driver_...lx_3.0.1.2.htm
scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click on download (by doing so you accept the user license)

gives you really good instructions on exactly how to get the modem running
